We value your trust, which is why we’re committed to providing exceptional service in a secure environment. We only collect information from you that is necessary to provide our Services and Products.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently. If we make significant changes to this policy, we may notify you by email, or by any method, we determine at our discretion. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately.
If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or access FreshTok at any time or in any manner. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years of age. If FreshTok learns that personal information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent of a child under 13 who has been using FreshTok, please contact us to have that child’s information deleted.
The FreshTok website contains links to other sites that are not under our direct control. Please note that the FreshTok Privacy Policy does not apply to these sites and FreshTok is not responsible for, nor do we endorse, the privacy practices or the content of these sites. You should check the individual privacy policies of these sites to understand how they will utilize your personal information.
Discord Bot: When you invite our bot to your Discord guild, we save the guilds ID, name, member count, owner ID, the current date and time and the ID of the highest role in the guild. As you set things up, more information is stored, such as the TikTok creator ID, Discord channel ID and ID of the role to mention. Once the bot leaves/kicked/banned from a Discord guild, all information stored about the guild is removed permanently. Reinviting is a fresh start.
TikTok: When a Discord guild subscribes to a TikTok creator, we store the creator's ID, display name, username, follower count, following count, like count, videos count, avatar URL, verification status, and live stream room ID. FreshTok continuously checks for new posts on TikTok storing the post's ID, description, creator ID, time posted, and video playback URL. All data collected from TikTok is publically accessible without authorization and shall be treated as public data.
Creator Dashboard: Accessing our Creator Dashboard requires authentication with the TikTok Login Kit API. Upon authenticating, we store the open id, access and refresh token associated with your account needed to operate the Video List API provided by TikTok. Connecting your account does not give us access to private data including but not limited to videos.
This information can be revoked at any time in the TikTok App. The TikTok Privacy Policy is located here.
Memberships: We use a third-party provider, Stripe, for all financial services. You can read their privacy policy here. Data stored in our systems about your purchase is your Stripe subscription ID, Discord guild ID, Discord user ID, slots quantity, current status, the date and time of when it was last updated and the date and time of schedule for cancellation.
After a subscription is fully cancelled all subscription data from our systems are removed.
FreshTok uses cookies for users who have logged into our Creator Dashboard. Cookies are stored only to maintain your logged-in status and expire after 7 days (1 week) of inactivity.
FreshTok is based in the United States. The information mentioned above is processed in the U.S. only.
