Subscriptions

We intend to have a refund policy that is fair to all parties. If you wish to receive a refund or discuss options, email us at [email protected].

If you forgot to cancel a subscription that was renewed within the past 72 hours, we will offer you a prorated refund for the time remaining.

Third-Party Availability

FreshTok relies on a third-party APIs to operate that could go away at any moment. As this is out of our control, you accept this risk by signing up for FreshTok. By purchasing an annual subscription you increase your risk at the reward of a lesser per month average cost. Should our source of data cease to be available for more then one month, all subscriptions will be canceled. If you have more then one month remaining on your subscription, a refund of one month will be given upon request.
