If you fall below the requirements for more than 30 consecutive days, you may be removed from the agency. We'll provide warnings and support to help you meet the targets before any action is taken.

How do I track my diamond earnings?

You can track your diamond earnings through the TikTok LIVE Center. We'll also provide regular reports on your performance and guidance on how to increase your earnings.

Can I join with less than 100 followers?

We evaluate applications on a case-by-case basis. If you have exceptional content but haven't reached 100 followers yet, we may still consider your application especially if you have an established following on other social platforms.

How do I redeem the free FreshTok Creator Membership?

Once you've meet the 5k diamond threshold you can simply ask in the discord and we'll activate it for your discord server.
